Avocado Bean Dip



Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pkg. vegan Italian Dressing
  • 1 bag organic corn chips
  • 1/2 cup grated vegan cheddar soy cheese (opt.)
Directions:

Cut avocados and tomatoes in cubes and place in a large bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and serve with corn chips.

You can make burritos out of this and add some vegan tofu sour cream.

Serves: 6
