Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/3 cup each chopped green pepper, onion and celery
- replacer for 1 egg or 1 tablespoon soy flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal, rolled oats, wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon flour, wheat germ and oil
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Brown patties on both sides in oil over medium heat, or shape and bake 20 minutes at 350'.
Makes 6-8 patties.
