Ingredients (use vegan versions):
  • 2 pitas
  • olives
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • shredded lettuce
  • tomato
Directions:

Toast pita.

Dice olives and tomatoes.

Fill pita with above ingredients.

Eat and enjoy!
